This policy applies only to items purchased directly from our web site "InkJetPerformance.com"
InkJet Performance will only accept items that have been approved for return by InkJet Performance prior to shipment. Since we sell a wide variety of products, all returns are handled on a case by case basis. Some items may not be returned. Please see the item ad for return restrictions before purchasing. Used Parts can not be returned. New parts have a 30 day exchange warranty only. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting InkJet Performance at Sales@InkJetPerformance.com. The Return Authorization Number must be included with the item(s) you are returning. All item(s) returned without prior authorization will be sent back to you at your expense. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date.. All items returned to InkJet Performance for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shipping charges associated with returns, for any reason, is the sole responsibility of the sender. Shipping charges paid will not be refunded. Products that are returned to InkJet Performance not qualifying for refund or credit will be returned to you at your expense. Returns that been opened, damaged or used in any way, will be returned to you at your expense.
